Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in workforce management, recruiting, or Human Resources.
• 3+ years of experience in people leadership.
• Experience in remote workforce scheduling and forecasting is an asset.
• Knowledge of recruiting procedures and practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes and optimize workflows.
• Provide coaching, performance management, and feedback to teams.
• Manage staff movement logistics and ensure compliance.
• Audit recruitment processes and oversee onboarding.
