Qualifications

• 10+ years in CR/relevant roles, ideally in regulated sectors.
• Strong leadership partnering with senior business leaders (MD/GM level).
• Ability to operate in a matrix structure and implement global strategies locally.
• Bilingual French/English required.

Responsibilities

• Navigate and shape public policy environment including excise, trade, regulatory policies.
• Deliver internal and external corporate communications; support policy and society campaigns.
• Develop and implement society agenda aligned with Spirit of Progress strategy.
