Job summary

Covenant Health is seeking an Advisor to contribute to workforce planning and physician recruitment across Edmonton General. Reporting to the Manager, Medical Workforce, you will develop workforce strategies, support recruitment initiatives, and help build sustainable physician coverage to enable high-quality patient care.

The role involves working with medical and operational leaders, candidates, and community stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to influence processes

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of progressive experience in healthcare administration with a focus on workforce planning and recruitment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment portfolios, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting workforce data, forecasting needs, and developing strategic recommendations.
