Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Account Management experience in financial services, direct cards, payments, or issuer processing preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with clients to become a trusted partner.
  • Manage governance framework with clients and run key forums.
  • Identify and develop opportunities with existing clients.
  • Ensure KPIs and targets are met.
  • Manage development, enhancements, or change requests.
  • Create and maintain forecast models and invoicing.
  • Work with business development to renegotiate contracts.
