Job summary

Artelia Canada is seeking a senior Team Lead in Mobility and Intelligent Transportation Systems in Mississauga. You will manage engineers and technicians, coordinate with Mobility managers, and maintain client relationships to ensure successful project delivery.

You will lead the preparation of proposals, supervise transportation activities, and ensure compliance with budgets and schedules while upholding high technical standards in plans, drawings, and specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
• Registered Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario (or eligible to apply and attain).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in transportation planning/ traffic engineering.
• Knowledge of local and provincial transportation engineering standards.
• Management and leadership abilities.
• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and good team spirit.
• Graduate degree in transportation or traffic and road safety (an asset).
• Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) (an asset).
• Proficiency in English (French an asset).

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers and technicians and implement methods and procedures per corporate standards.
• Collaborate with Mobility managers to ensure effective project coordination.
• Maintain client relationships to achieve financial objectives.
• Analyze client requirements to prepare competitive proposals.
• Ensure the quality of services delivered to meet client needs.
• Lead projects from proposal through delivery.
• Supervise transportation-related activities across the sector.
• Ensure budgets and schedules are met and controlled.
• Provide technical guidance on standards, codes, and best practices.
