Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5–10 years in policy analysis, advocacy or government relations within minerals or resources sectors.
• Proven leadership including management or supervision of staff or project teams.
• Experience translating technical information into policy positions, briefing notes and advocacy materials.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily team operations and ensure timely, organized delivery of policy work.
• Provide day‑to‑day supervision and development support to Policy Analysts.
• Develop and execute key policy initiatives affecting mineral exploration, mining, and related sectors.
