• Fifteen years experience in the telecommunications industry focused on OSP/ISP and optical networks.
• Ten years' experience with GIS system usage preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale infrastructure projects in fiber optic construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Director of Project Management and ensure project progress.
• Develop high-level OSP schedule and budget for deployments.
• Manage OSP project department including engineering and internal teams.
