Job summary

A leading food distribution company in Peel Region, Mississauga is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist. This role focuses on enhancing the capabilities of the L&D team through strategic partnerships and expert facilitation. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and significant experience in instructional design and L&D. This position may require up to 25% travel annually.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development.
• Proven track record as an expert facilitator for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated experience with instructional design methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to assist with L&D strategy.
• Lead the design and development of high-impact learning solutions.
• Review and provide expert-level feedback on workshop content.
• Develop evaluation strategies to measure training impact.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to promote L&D value.
