Qualifications

• A minimum of ten years of relevant experience, including seven years in management.
• Knowledge of French is required.
• Intermediate advanced proficiency of English due to interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients.
• Knowledge of IT architecture and development platforms.
• Expertise in IT solution delivery, project management and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT strategy to support the Director of Wealth Management and Life and Health Insurance Solutions.
• Be the trusted partner for four business divisions.
• Lead and inspire five departments under your responsibility.
• Participate in major projects including WMLHI modernization.
• Ensure IT governance including operational risk management.
• Ensure the delivery of IT solutions for strategic projects.
• Optimize processes to increase efficiency and generate tangible value.
