Job summary

A leading IT Research firm in Calgary is seeking an experienced Account Manager to create and execute sales and service activity plans. You will manage member interactions and ensure high-quality service to drive renewals and future sales. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of account management experience with a strong background in IT advisory. This role emphasizes communication, planning, and client relationship management.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Account Management experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience working in the IT Research and Advisory market.
  • Experience working as part of a team an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute sales and service activity plans.
  • Own all account management conversations.
  • Ensure members leverage their membership through high-quality service.
  • Manage and respond to inbound requests from members.
  • Assist in preparing member interactions by collecting information.
  • Complete scheduled and ad hoc data queries of CRM.
  • Ensure CRM contains accurate account details.
