University Pension Plan Ontario (UPP) is seeking an Intern Analyst, Strategic Initiatives Delivery (SID), for a 4-month internship starting January 2027 in downtown Toronto with a hybrid work policy.

You will support the SID team by helping develop plans, dashboards and portfolio reports, collaborating with project managers and portfolio directors, and building relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field, or related Masters’ program

Aufgaben

• Improve portfolio management through the creation of live dashboards for project portfolio metrics and financial reports
• Capture and summarize project data to create portfolio level reports
• Analyze project trends, developing insights, and identifying and acting on areas for improvement
• Generate, update, and analyze financial plans including monthly rolling forecasts, latest estimates, baselines, and working versions
• Investigate and pilot various process & tools for improved portfolio management and capacity planning
• Assist department team members with other delivery and practice duties as assigned
