Qualifications

8+ years in a strategic HR advisory or HR business partner role, ideally in a large, matrixed organization.
Experience influencing senior leaders and driving talent strategies in complex environments.
Ability to translate data into actionable people strategies and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders to align business and talent strategies and achieve organizational goals.
Provide executive coaching and guidance for major change initiatives and workforce planning.
Interpret HR KPIs and people insights to identify trends and opportunities and translate them into action.
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, Shared Services and Corporate functions to ensure a consistent employee experience.
Lead succession planning and identify diverse high-potential talent for development.
Support performance management cycles and equitable pay practices with Compensation teams.
Analyze engagement data to recommend actions that improve culture and belonging.
Support talent development and redeployment strategies to foster growth and mobility.
