Job summary

A leading defence contractor in Canada is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner for a 12-month contract. This position requires at least 8 years of HR experience, with a focus on supporting management, recruitment, and employee engagement. Qualifications

  • Minimum of eight years of relevant HR experience, with at least 4 years in a similar HRBP role.
  • Experience in the Aviation industry or military is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills across all mediums.
