Job summary

Indigo is seeking an experienced Manager, Human Resources – Retail to partner with regional leadership and drive a high-performance culture across multi-site operations. You will deliver proactive HR strategies, staffing, performance management, succession planning, total rewards, and engagement initiatives while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and collective agreements.

Travel up to 25% across regions, including occasional visits to Indigo offices, and champion data-driven

Qualifications

Minimum 5-7 years progressive HRBP/generalist in multi-site/retail
Post-secondary education in HR or business
CHRL or similar designation an asset
Proven ability in employee/labour relations issues
Strong knowledge of Canadian employment legislation
Strong business acumen and strategic problem-solving
Trusted advisor with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
Cultural alignment with Indigo values
Willingness to travel up to 25% across regions and occasional office visits

Responsibilities

Build trusted partnerships with business leaders and HR peers.
Act as primary HR advisor to client groups on enterprise and retail programs.
Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy compliance.
Translate business strategy into people plans and organizational solutions.
Leverage HR analytics to inform talent and engagement decisions.
Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, and development planning efforts.
Collaborate with Centres of Excellence to embed HR programs and policies.
