Qualifications

• Demonstrated years experience in HR across a complex business.
• Experience in manufacturing or agricultural industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides human resources advice, counsel, and recommended solutions to managers and employees.
• Executes HR programs and policies in support of the people strategy.
• Partners with Leaders and Talent Acquisition Specialist to align and execute on the workforce plan.
• Facilitates career development action planning and succession planning.
• Creates and executes engagement and retention initiative action plans.
• Assists with the roll out of HR strategies and initiatives.
• Participates in and/or leads specific projects or initiatives.
