Qualifications
- 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years as a generalist or business partner.
- Experience in unionized environments is an asset.
- CHRP / CHRL designation or working toward it preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Manage processes across the full employee lifecycle.
- Lead employee engagement and recognition programs.
- Support workforce planning and organizational design.
- Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with corporate strategy.
