Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years as a generalist or business partner.
  • Experience in unionized environments is an asset.
  • CHRP / CHRL designation or working toward it preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  • Manage processes across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Lead employee engagement and recognition programs.
  • Support workforce planning and organizational design.
  • Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with corporate strategy.
