Job summary

An educational institution in Toronto seeks a Human Resource Business Partner to deliver strategic and operational HR support. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, including working within a unionized environment. Key responsibilities include providing HR advisory services and supporting organizational design and workforce planning initiatives. This is a temporary role until August 2026.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
  • Demonstrated experience providing HR advisory services in a complex environment.
  • Experience working in a unionized environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver strategic, consultative, and operational HR support across assigned client groups.
  • Build strong relationships and provide proactive advice to leadership.
