Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in leadership roles in healthcare.
• Previous management experience in IT project delivery preferred.
• Fluent and computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Project Analysts and Consultants.
• Ensure projects are correctly chartered, planned, executed and closed.
• Manage daily staffing and scheduling.

Skills

Strong knowledge of Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and IT Infrastructure

Experience working in the healthcare setting

Planning and executing action plans

Strong business acumen

Strong analytical skills

Education

Baccalaureate degree in Business, Health Information Management or related discipline

Certification from the Project Management Institute
