This role requires 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing leadership, particularly in transportation/logistics. Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing leadership, preferably in transportation/logistics.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across all divisions.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team, establish clear KPIs and performance benchmarks.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Oversee key account management and client retention initiatives.
  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, events).
  • Manage brand positioning and corporate communications.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing with operational goals.
