Job summary

NovaForge AI Venture Lab is seeking a strategic Business Planning and Strategy Development Intern to join the Business Development team. The role targets Master’s-level students and focuses on analyzing market trends, supporting strategic initiatives, and delivering data-driven insights to drive long-term growth.

The placement is flexible, 520 hours minimum, with remote and hybrid options; Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 timelines are being screened to align with academic schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management or related field; Master’s program preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of business strategy development, planning, and market analysis.
• Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and financial modeling.
• Familiarity with strategic planning frameworks and competitive analysis.
• Knowledge of forecasting, KPI development and trend analysis.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing business performance data to identify opportunities for growth and strategic improvement.
• Support the development of business plans, forecasts, and strategic objectives aligned with company goals.
