Job summary

Bell is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to advance budgeting, forecasting and performance management. You will partner with leaders to translate operational activity into financial insight, develop long‑range plans, and drive data‑driven decisions across the organization.

The role focuses on strengthening FP&A rhythm, improving forecast accuracy, and delivering clear financial recommendations to senior management while working in a hybrid setup across Canada, including Toronto.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Ability to build and interpret complex financial models.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning skills.
• Excellent communication of financial information to leaders.
• Experience with SAP or similar systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support annual operating plans and quarterly forecasts.
• Partner with leaders to translate operations into financial impacts.
• Build and maintain financial models for planning and analysis.
• Conduct variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare management reporting and executive presentations.
• Provide insights to improve financial performance.
