Qualifications

• Two-year diploma in Business Administration or related field plus four years of related experience in Fleet, Parking and Facility management.
• Equivalency: related education or experience considered on the basis of 1 year education for 1 year experience, or vice versa.
• Experience with OPRA, Holman or DMIS will be given preference.
• Valid Class 5 or higher driver's license with a recent abstract required for interview eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate provincial fleet programs, including vehicle maintenance and driver safety initiatives.
• Provide strategic advice and project management to support fleet operations and policy development.
• Manage accommodation, parking and facility operations, including space planning and office relocations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure effective facility management.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasts and capital project submissions.
