Qualifications

• CPA designation required and professional accounting credentials.
• 7+ years of experience in financial performance management, general accounting, financial reporting, or internal/external controls.
• Experience in healthcare or public sector finance and knowledge of funding accountability and Ministry reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy and oversight of accounting, budgeting, treasury, and financial systems.
• Oversee operating and capital budgeting and ministry accountability submissions.
• Present financial results and business cases to senior leadership and Board committees.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, and professional standards.
• Build and lead a high-performing Finance team and partner with cross-functional leadership.
