Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in public company audits and external financial reporting processes.
• 3+ years of experience in public accounting firm audits.
• Familiarity with reporting in public company regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual and quarterly financial statements and MD&A.
• Work with external auditor to resolve complex accounting issues.
• Lead a team ensuring high performance and adherence to standards.
