Qualifications

  • 5-7 years' experience supporting senior executive(s) or equivalent education and training.
  • Exercises judgment, tact, and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Communicates clearly and persuasively both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive and administrative support to a VP and other senior leaders.
  • Coordinate the flow of information in the VP office, guiding designated staff.
  • Professionally represent the interests of the VP and organization.
