Job summary

Lightspeed is seeking an Enterprise Strategy Manager to join our Montreal team. The role focuses on supporting enterprise and business strategy through rigorous analysis, building models, and delivering insights to guide executive decisions.

You will collaborate across functions, contribute to strategic plans, and help track progress against milestones. English fluency is required as we serve clients beyond Quebec, with a flexible, performance-driven culture and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise and business strategy efforts through research, analysis, and insight development, including contributing to annual strategic planning and ongoing strategic review cadences.
• Break down complex business problems and conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Build models, synthesize data, and develop materials to support executive-level decision-making.
• Contribute to the development of business cases, plans, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and support the execution of key initiatives.
• Help track progress and performance of initiatives against key milestones and targets.
