Qualifications

• Proven leadership of large teams in a hospital revenue cycle.
• Strong understanding of hospital billing, denials analysis, and CMS/healthcare regulations.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Data-driven approach with KPI measurement and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Direct revenue cycle operations across billing, claims and follow-up.
• Analyze denials, cash acceleration and net revenue to improve performance.
• Partner with finance, operations and vendors to implement improvements.
• Develop action plans for underperforming metrics and report progress.
• Lead, coach and develop team members toward goals and accountability.
• Create strategic roadmaps and oversee system implementations and consolidations.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
