Job summary

Michelin is hiring a Data and Business Intelligence Architect for its Magog center. You will lead architectural design and delivery of robust, scalable analytics solutions, aligning with group standards and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 10+ years in information technology with at least 5 years in BI solution and data architecture.
• Strong experience in data modeling and building scalable data pipelines and BI solutions.
• Experience with Azure Data Lakes, Databricks, Unity Catalog, Collibra, and PowerBI.
• Experience with AI in SDLC, advanced analytics, and machine learning technologies.
• Skills in system design and optimization.
• Excellent communication in French and English in a multicultural environment.
• Strong business analysis and strategic thinking.
• Strong customer focus and commitment to service.
• Ability to make informed and effective decisions.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Continuous Architecture: review and enhance system and data architectures.
• Solution Design & Delivery: design scalable data solutions aligned with product roadmap.
• Technical Strategy & Roadmap: define reference architectures and roadmaps.
• Architecture Activities: ensure decisions at appropriate level and conduct reviews.
• Technology Watch & Innovation: monitor technologies and roadmaps and recommend adoption.
• Collaboration & Communication: facilitate collaboration and lead workshops.
• Architecture Documentation: maintain architecture diagrams and governance guidelines.
• Mentoring and Knowledge Sharing: share expertise across the organization.
