Qualifications

• Experience in Data and Business Analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Azure, Databricks, and SQL for data analysis and transformation.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools.
• Proven experience working with banking data, financial systems, or audit data.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and analysis for data-centric projects within the banking domain.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and data scientists.
• Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Azure, and Databricks.
• Design and develop data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
• Conduct root cause analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Document business and functional requirements, data mappings, and data flow diagrams.
• Support data migration, data quality checks, and audit requirements.
• Work in Agile/Scrum environments to deliver iterative business value.
• Communicate technical findings and analytical insights effectively.
