Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Compensation or HR Analyst.
  • Knowledge of HR practices and compensation cycle management.
  • Familiarity with job classification, evaluation methodologies, and Pay Equity Legislation.
  • Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Ability to obtain Government of Canada Secret (Level II) personal security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Support development and implementation of job classifications.
  • Conduct job evaluations to determine job grades and compensation levels.
  • Collaborate with HR and department managers on classification accuracy.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining pay structures.
  • Communicate with stakeholders regarding job classification and evaluation processes.
