Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Compensation or HR Analyst.
- Knowledge of HR practices and compensation cycle management.
- Familiarity with job classification, evaluation methodologies, and Pay Equity Legislation.
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Ability to obtain Government of Canada Secret (Level II) personal security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Support development and implementation of job classifications.
- Conduct job evaluations to determine job grades and compensation levels.
- Collaborate with HR and department managers on classification accuracy.
- Assist in developing and maintaining pay structures.
