About the Role

We’re looking for a client‑centric individual to join our team as a Strategic Client Advisor. In this role, you will partner with customers and sales personnel to identify opportunities to drive business growth, profitability, and help customers achieve their fleet goals.

What You’ll Do
  • Identify opportunities to improve our customers’ fleet performance through in-depth data discovery, and through financial and process analyses
  • Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data, drawing conclusions, determining the appropriate course of action, reporting results, and making meaningful recommendations
  • Responsible for working with the customer to execute upon your recommended courses of action
  • Identify and articulate best practices within an industry
Basic Qualifications
  • Technical or Business Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 3 years’ business experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills with a consultative approach
  • Ability to design and deliver presentations to clients, interact with clients in person and over the phone, including the ability to interact with "C-Level" audience in a client or prospect organization
  • Strong math skills and an analytical approach to problem solving
  • Experience with and ability to interpret financial models, Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Thoroughness, persistence, and a desire to get to the root‑cause of problems
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Availability after hours and weekends, on occasion
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Finance/Accounting
Location

Mississauga, Ontario. Our Mississauga office will move to 1 Adelaide in Downtown Toronto in September 2026.

The hiring base salary range for this position is $76,300 to $104,900 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
