The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience, including leadership in HR environments, and a strong understanding of compliance regulations. Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in benefits and retirement programs (Canada & U.S.), including 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of unionized environments and experience interpreting collective agreements.
- Familiarity with governance, audit, and reporting requirements for publicly traded companies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of benefits and retirement programs aligned with business goals.
- Advise senior HR leaders on trends and cost containment.
- Manage day-to-day administration including eligibility and enrollment.
