Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an Associate Director, Cybersecurity and NERC Compliance to manage clients, deliver project results, and connect Guidehouse solutions with client needs across Canada. You will lead workstreams, engage stakeholders, and support sales opportunities while mentoring consultants to ensure quality deliverables.

This leadership role requires deep knowledge of NERC standards, regulatory environments in Canada, and strong relationships nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree AND nine (9) years post-graduation experience, or Master’s degree AND seven (7) years post graduation experience, in the electric utility industry.
• Experience with NERC Reliability Standards (Canada and/or USA) and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong industry relationships across Canada.
• Ability to travel within Canada and/or the US.

Responsibilities

• Managing client relationships and leading project workstreams.
• Facilitating business development meetings and fostering industry relationships for success in Canada.
• Supporting workstreams to assess and enhance business strategies, processes and structures.
• Leading infrastructure support for clients in Canada with emphasis on the Canadian market.
• Conducting NERC audits, improving compliance and cybersecurity processes.
• Translating technical findings into actionable guidance for clients and Guidehouse.
