Qualifications

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in technology sales and client management.
  • Ability to build trust and become a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
  • Strong business communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to travel for business when required.

Responsibilities

  • Build trust and business relationships with key decision makers.
  • Generate strategic account plans to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal resources to execute expansion plans.
  • Monitor pipeline and take appropriate actions to close sales.
  • Work with customer success resources to mitigate churn.
