A facilities management company is hiring a full-time Strategic Account Executive in Windsor. The role involves developing territory plans, leading B2B sales, and presenting innovative solutions. We're hiring for a full-time Strategic Account Executive in Windsor!
Develop and execute a territory plan to target, secure, and grow key enterprise accounts
Lead full-cycle B2B sales from prospecting to negotiation and close
Present and sell Total Facilities Management (TFM) solutions including janitorial, security, and building envelope services
Communicate ABM’s innovative use of AI and robotics for predictive maintenance, route optimization, and operational efficiency
Manage complex RFPs and conduct high-level presentations to C-suite decision makers
Maintain and utilize Salesforce CRM for pipeline management, forecasting, and strategic planning
Act as a market expert by identifying trends, competitive activity, and new opportunities in the Windsor-Essex region
Minimum 5 years of B2B outside sales experience with a proven record of securing and managing large or multi‑site accounts
Formal training in SPIN Selling and / or NEPQ (Neuro‑Emotional Persuasion Questioning)
Strong understanding of Total Facilities Management (TFM) or integrated service solutions
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and data‑driven sales reporting
Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive‑level clients
Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work independently
Valid G‑class driver’s license and reliable vehicle
