The Strata Coordinator is a developmental role designed for individuals seeking to enter the strata management field. Reporting to the Regional Director, this role provides essential administrative and operational support to Strata Managers (SMs) while gaining hands‑on experience in strata operations. Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training in CSS workflows and key industry processes to ensure they can provide effective support while learning the fundamentals of strata management.
This is a dynamic, hands‑on role that requires adaptability, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to supporting multiple Strata Managers. The Property Coordinator will “parachute” between different high‑profile (blue‑chip) Strata Managers based on operational needs, assisting with meetings, minutes, administrative tasks, and resident inquiries under SM direction.

$45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per annum
