We are looking to add to our Story team on our Featurette in the early new year. This role will require residency in BC, Canada. You can check out the details below,

What You’ll Do
  • Create engaging storyboards based on the script, adhering to the project's creative style and technical standards.
  • Interpret and adjust work based on notes from leads, supervisors, and directors.
  • Collaborate with leadership, production, and team members to solve problems and share insights.
  • Engage in dailies, rounds, and team discussions to contribute to creative and technical improvements.
  • Adhere to pipeline workflows and technical requirements for seamless integration into the production process.
  • Actively mentor other team members by providing constructive feedback, guidance, and support.
  • Maintain consistency in quality while meeting production needs.
  • Manage time effectively, working with production to stay on schedule.
  • Keep the team and production staff informed about progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Previous experience as a Storyboard Artist
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to promote solutions, share knowledge, and incorporate feedback.
A portfolio that demonstrates:
  • Mix of action, comedy, and dialogue-driven scenes using Storyboard Pro.
  • Demonstrate clear storytelling with strong compositions, pacing, and smooth panel transitions.
  • Include expressive character acting with readable poses, emotions, and consistent designs.
  • Show technical skills like dynamic camera angles, perspective, and action staging.

Pay Range: CAD $1700 - $2000 per week

Your final salary offer will consider various key factors, including your education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographical location, as well as the needs and requirements of the business.
