StandardAero is looking for a Storesperson to support our maintenance and production teams by managing inventory, receiving and issuing parts, and maintaining accurate records. This hands‑on, fast‑paced role is key to keeping materials moving efficiently and safely. Your attention to detail and strong organization skills will help ensure aircraft work stays on time and to the highest standard.

What you’ll do:
  • Performing incoming receiving inspections in accordance with Quality procedures.
  • Receiving parts and material into applicable inventories.
  • Issuing parts and materials to work orders per reservations or requests, issuing parts to sales orders.
  • Processing incoming and outgoing piece parts per the applicable DWI’s (Detailed Work Instruction).
  • Operating the forklift to receive deliveries or send shipments.
  • Processing rework parts
  • Completing inventory audits and investigating discrepancies. Submit audits to the supervisor for approval.
  • General administrative tasks and duties to ensure department efficiencies.
  • Housekeeping, all responsible areas to be kept clean and tidy.
  • Develop and manage Continuous Improvement initiatives in your assigned area.
Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Proven ability to manage 3–5 concurrent tasks or priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • 1+ year(s) of experience working with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines and performance expectations
  • Track record of delivering 90%+ on‑time internal and external customer support or service responses
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills demonstrated through resolving at least five (5) operational or customer issues in a team setting
  • High attention to detail with accurate data entry performance (98%+ accuracy) and proficiency in standard computer applications (e.g., MS Office, ERP systems)
  • Demonstrated desire to grow and learn, shown through participation in at least 1–2 training or development programs annually
  • Consistent focus on health & safety, quality, and productivity, contributing to zero safety incidents and supporting continuous improvement initiatives (at least once per year)
Desired Skills:
  • Experience in the field of logistics, shipping, warehouse or transportation is an asset
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain one would be an asset
