Trailtech Inc. in Gravelbourg, Saskatchewan, is seeking a dependable Stores / Warehouse & Yard Assistant to join our manufacturing team.

You will receive, organize, and move materials, supervise the steel yard, and help ensure production departments have what they need to operate efficiently. This role requires forklift experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, stores, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing environment.
• Forklift operating experience (certification is an asset).
• Basic computer and inventory management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and supplies.
• Prepare and organize materials for shipping.
• Pick, stage, and deliver materials to production departments.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Supervise the steel yard and maintain safe, efficient material storage.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
• Coordinate material movement with Purchasing and Production departments.
• Assist with shipping and receiving documentation.
• Keep warehouse and steel yard clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

We are currently seeking a dependable and organized Stores / Warehouse & Yard Assistant to join our manufacturing team in Gravelbourg, Saskatchewan. This position is responsible for receiving and organizing materials, maintaining inventory, supervising the steel yard, and ensuring production departments receive the materials they need to keep manufacturing running efficiently.
