Main

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and store goods in compliance with established standards.
• Prepare, group, and distribute parts and materials required for production and shipments.
• Handle counter requests (internal / external), label items, and maintain orderly storage.
• Optimize warehouse space utilization, considering safety, accessibility, and operational efficiency.
• Perform periodic (cycle and annual) inventories, analyze discrepancies, and recommend corrective or improvement actions.
• Track supplier orders and collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure stock availability.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment by rigorously applying health and safety standards.
• Actively contributes to the continuous improvement of storage, handling, and traceability procedures.

Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent training in logistics / warehousing.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse, shipping / receiving, or inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain, and inventory control practices.
• Proven ability to optimize storage space and warehouse organization.
• Excellent organizational skills, rigor, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Good physical condition (ability to lift up to 50 lbs, prolonged standing or squatting).
• Team spirit, clear communication, and positive attitude.
• Autonomy, reliability, and strong punctuality.
• Bilingualism French / English (oral and written) to be able to communicate with all colleagues present on site.
