Job summary

Real Canadian Superstore, part of Loblaw Companies, is seeking Store Team Members to help provide a positive in-store shopping experience. You’ll stock shelves, assist customers, and participate in promotions while upholding safety standards and company policies.

Flexibility to work various hours including days, evenings and weekends is required. Training is provided and there is a focus on teamwork, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by stocking shelves and responding to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays to meet company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and assist with inventory ordering.
• Setup company-directed promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and uphold health and safety standards.
