Under Armour, Inc. in Canada seeks a Store Supervisor to lead daily operations, coach teammates, and back up the Assistant Store Manager while upholding merchandise standards and driving results.

You will analyze daily sales trends, manage inventory presentation, support loss prevention, and coordinate with regional leadership on onboarding and training. The role requires at least 1 year in retail, full-time availability including evenings, weekends and holidays, and comfort with technology.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Local language fluency; basic English a plus.
• Full-time availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand, lift up to 25 lbs/12 kg.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
• Advanced selling experience and industry understanding.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily sales trends to inform real-time decisions.
• Analyze merchandise reports and direct merchandising moves to maximize presentation.
• Understand loss prevention standards and monitor store audit results.
• Lead or rotate ownership of areas such as Talent, Visuals, Operations.
• Provide customers with detailed information about products.
• Communicate priorities and sales targets to teammates.
• Support store and regional leadership during onboarding and training.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
