Job summary

Dulux Paints, a division of Canadian Industries Ltd., is hiring for the position of Full-Time Store Sales Associate in Vernon, BC. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will greet customers and help with paint and supply needs, building relationships with contractors and customers daily.

This day-shift role involves stocking, color matching assistance, and recommending brushes and rollers. You will ensure the store is clean, safe, and well organized, with flexible weekend hours and a focus on

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and overtime.
• Proficiency with computer and internet applications.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds regularly.
• Paint knowledge preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers.
• Authorized to work in Canada without visa sponsorship.

Store Sales Associate in Vernon, BC

This position is for the day shift with typical store hours between:

• Monday – Friday: 7 AM to 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 8 AM to 4 PM
• Sunday: 9 AM to 4 PM

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be the reason our customerscomeback! You will build important relationships with our contractors and customers every day. You will greet andassistour customers as they enter the retail store by listening and helping with their paint and supply needs.
