Responsibilities
- Lead the operations of the store and ensure execution of processes.
- Manage the inventory, shipping, receiving, and returning merchandise.
- Oversee visual merchandising and manage cleaning crews.
- Maintain appropriate budget and quantity of supplies.
- Participate in the management of performance situations for the operations team.
- Engage with Beauty Advisors and clients as Manager on Duty.
- Demonstrate understanding of sales performance and controllable expenses.
