A leading watch and accessory brand in Toronto is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the overall management of the business. Responsibilities include leading customer service efforts, managing daily operations, and ensuring staff performance. As a Store Manager, you will report directly to the Brand Manager and assume comprehensive responsibility for the overall management of the business. Your pivotal role includes ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, driving sales through staff motivation, and delivering exceptional customer service to stimulate sales growth. Starting base pay of $60,000.00 plus monthly performance bonus.
Work is performed with moderate physical effort and significant walking and standing is required for the majority of each shift. The position has a low risk of injury but requires lifting, pushing, pulling and holding (up to 35 lbs and above with appropriate support) of boxes and store fixtures, as well as focus when completing paperwork, cash management or using the POS.
Full-Time: 40 hours per week on average. Must maintain open availability to meet the needs of the business and may be required to work more than 40 hours per week, including certain holidays and blackout dates.
