A leading watch manufacturer in Edmonton is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and lead a high-performing team. As a pivotal figure in the store, you will be responsible for ensuring a top-notch customer experience and compliance with company standards. This full-time position offers a starting salary of $55,000 plus bonuses and various benefits.
As a Store Manager, you will report directly to the Brand Manager and assume comprehensive responsibility for the overall management of the business. Your pivotal role encompasses ensuring unwavering adherence to company policies and procedures, driving sales through staff motivation, and delivering exceptional customer service to stimulate sales growth. You will be tasked with executing and achieving operational objectives, embodying Swatch's Core Competencies: Customer Focus, Drive for Results, Creativity, Problem-Solving, Humility, Integrity, and Building Effective Teams and Relationships.
Starting base pay of $55,000.00 plus monthly performance bonus.

Working Conditions:
Work is performed with moderate physical effort is required and significant walking and standing is required for the majority of each shift. While this position has a low risk of injury, the position requires lifting, pushing, pulling and holding (up to 35 lbs and above with appropriate support) of boxes and store fixtures, as well as, significant focus when completing paperwork, cash management or using the POS.
Employment Status:
Full-Time: 40 hours per week on average. Must maintain open availability to meet the needs of the business and may be required to work more than 40 hours per week, including certain holidays and blackout dates.
