Paris Jewellers is seeking a Store Manager for Edmonton locations. The role focuses on leading store operations, driving sales, coaching Brand Ambassadors, and planning staffing to meet targets. Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail sales experience, jewellery or luxury retail sales is desirable.
• Proven ability to deliver results in a sales-driven and highly measured environment.
• Ability to ensure that the store is staffed appropriately by building a pipeline of potential candidates.
• Manage and coach Brand Ambassadors to hit targets and support career development.

What we look for:
