Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years retail experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train employees in CSR/LSR/SA roles.
• Ability to use a computer for reports, inventory and cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Directly supervise 2+ full-time employees and recruit/train staff.
• Develop tasks to ensure store is clean, stocked and organized to standards.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and store image.
• Mentor employees on safety, cash handling and loss prevention.
• Maintain professional relationships with suppliers and resolve customer issues.
• Communicate regularly with staff and management; organize store files and reports.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits; manage P&L aspects.
