About the Team

The Store Manager will be the ultimate Pandora fan. You will fully immerse yourself in our brand, culture and products, delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role offers the opportunity to spend time on the sales floor, engaging with customers and leading your team to drive sales. You will coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates.

  • Foster loyal fans by authentically engaging and building lasting connections beyond transactions.
  • Build a network and recruit talent across seasonal and core hiring, including Assistant Store Manager, Sales Associates and Sales Leads.
  • Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and HR to address performance issues and policy violations.
  • Ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising directives, efficient operational processes, and ongoing talent development.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment, with a results-oriented leadership track record.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
  • Business acumen with analytical thinking to deliver positive results.
  • Talent magnet: skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams; succession planning and internal mobility.
  • Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365) and retail POS systems.
  • At least 18 years old with the ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
  • Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds; timely arrival to work.
