A retail company in the Niagara Region is seeking a Store Manager to oversee store operations and maintain excellent guest services. The candidate will ensure profitability through careful management of expenses and inventory. The role requires a minimum age of 21, as well as prior retail management experience. Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and climbing ladders. This position offers a competitive hourly rate and comprehensive benefits including medical plans and various bonuses.
Hourly rate ranges from $24.60 - $24.85 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Store Manager oversees and is accountable for the operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through controlling expenses, shrinkage, human resources management as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.
The minimum age requirement for a Store Manager is 21. The physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
